Claims and water license

56 placer claims are included in the sale of the property covering both Little Violet and Cottoneva creeks. Additional claims are included on an unnamed tributary to the South Big Salmon River. These are specifically used for settling effluent from Cottoneva Creek. Two claims cover a prospect on an unnamed left limit tributary to Mendocina Creek, north of Little Violet Creek.

The current water license covering Little Violet and Cottoneva creeks

(PM18-060-1) expires Nov. 2026. The South Big Salmon River claims are not included in the license. A fish study is required to incorporate these claims into future licenses. License details are available upon request or can be downloaded from: Yukon Water Board
